HILL SIX

With the challenge of a restricted building pad, Hill 6 needed to be designed within a narrow allowable building footprint. Within these constraints, the goal of the space was to open the house to the view of the water and create a sense of garden both on the narrow entry side and living space side. We were able to extend the living space by creating a covered patio along the edge of the house, producing more gathering spaces and a fluid boundary between interior and exterior. The program also included a gym with a small indoor pool.
