HILL THREE

As a home originally built in the 1930s, the existing spaces were small with tight circuitous circulation. The top 2 floors were previously connected by a single staircase with no interior connection between these two floors and the third floor down. Our transformation of the space resulted in an interior connection between all 3 floors that creates more light and space for each room. In addition to the fundamental change created by the central open stair, the interior was completely renovated to include an open floor plan and maximum connection to the beautiful view and garden.
