WATER FOUR

This was a 1960s house with a mansard roof and a cramped floor plan. We took the square footage of a storage structure and incorporated it into the house, creating an open floor plan with a family room and dining area that flank the courtyard with large telescoping sliders, opening up the connection between interior and exterior. The house was completely gutted and updated on the interior and exterior.
